Awarded upon completing your initial profile setup and successfully connecting your LinkedIn account for identity verification.

Sprint Completion

Awarded per participant when your group successfully completes a sprint and receives official sign-off from the sponsoring company. The ultimate goal of every challenge.

Extra points for top 3 groups chosen by companies at the end of a challenge.

Deferred Bonuses

Held in escrow during the sprint and awarded ONLY upon successful completion. Adapts automatically to extended deadlines.

Penalties & Deductions

We take commitment seriously. Unprofessional behavior harms the ecosystem and will result in IP deductions.Ghosting a project: -500 IP |Formal Complaints: -200 IP. Protect your ranking by maintaining clear communication.
